Orland Dist. 135 Names Meadow Ridge Leader, Wins Finance Award

ORLAND PARK, IL — The Orland District 135 School Board named Lisa Weston as the assistant principal at Meadow Ridge School Monday night.

Weston has taught language arts, social studies, and research and communications at Orland Junior High. She also served as a team leader there.

In other news, the district also won a certificate of achievement for excellence in financial reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association. It is the highest form of recognition in governmental accounting and financial reporting, representing a significant accomplishment by a government and its management.
