While words can't fully capture the immense gratitude we feel for our servicemen and women, Patch has partnered with T-Mobile to highlight a few remarkable veterans and active-duty military members from our state.

Please describe the individual’s military service.
Mr. Reks served a term in the Vietnam War, as a Specialist 4 in the United States Army. He served from 1967 they 1968, he then left the military and was employed by the United States Post Office for 30 years as a postman.
Tell us about the military hero and what your community should know about them.
He is a loyal military veteran who not only served in the Vietnam War, but also worked for 30 years in the USPS as a postal carrier, working, walking in various weather conditions. A very dedicated man.
