Notice is hereby given that at 2:00 p.m., August 9, 2023, the Board of Education of Orland School District No. 135, Cook County, Illinois (“Seller”) will sell by sealed bid at the Administrative Office, 15100 S. 94th Avenue, Orland Park, Illinois 60462, the real estate described below and hereinafter sometimes referred to as the “Real Estate.”

The Real Estate consists of four +/10,000 square foot parcels with the following permanent index numbers and common addresses:

At the sale, a Parcel will be sold with a minimum bid of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND and NO/100 Dollars ($100,000.00) or a minimum bid of FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND and NO/100 ($400,000.00) for the Real Estate in its entirety.
