Orland Shop Owner Throws Free Ice Cream Social For Community

The Holly House will host the event Saturday, July 19 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

ORLAND PARK, IL — An Orland Park shop is giving back to the community with a free sweet treat Saturday, July 19.

The Holly House Styling & Accessories Shop, 9959 W 143rd St. A., will host an ice cream social July 19 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with the first 50 customers receiving free gelato.

The shop's owners have partnered with a woman run business, Goat and Pail to offer fresh from the farm goat milk gelato for the occasion.

The Holly House was born last year when mother and daughter team Becky and Samantha Frontera decided that they wanted to open up a shop that embraces creativity, styling packages, and a unique experience. The shop is intended to be a safe place where creativity can take over and let your imagination run wild, the business said in a release.
