Rizza Acura and Porsche Dealerships Seek Approval to Expand
Plans to add square footage to the 159th Street dealerships in Orland Park are up for review.

Plans to add 11,000 square feet to Joe Rizza’s Acura and Porsche dealerships on 159th Street in Orland Park are under village review and will get a second public hearing on Monday.
If ultimately approved by the village board:
- the Acura dealership would expand to 20,000 square feet with added showroom space
- the Porsche dealership area would expand to 13,000 square feet with added service area space
- stormwater vaults would be added and a detention pond in the 8100 block of 159th Street would be capped, with a parking lot built on top
Village planners are recommending ownership upgrade the dealership facades, landscape the islands in front of the Porsche dealership, and add trees and sidewalks along 159th Street in front of the lots, reports the Chicago Tribune.
