Severe Thunderstorms May Bring Hazardous Conditions
Damaging winds, large hail and lightning may be brewing in the skies above us.
The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook advising residents to beware of potentially dangerous thunderstorms this evening.
Damaging wind gusts up to 60 mph and up to quarter-sized hail are both possible as an incoming cold front drops in on the 90 degree airmass that's been stifling our area. Ground lightning strikes and torrential downpours are also possibilities.
The hazardous weather outlook is set to expire by 9 p.m.
