Square Celt Ale House Closing Suddenly After 7 Years In Orland Park
Officials from the popular restaurant did not give a reason for the sudden closing but said the Orland Square Drive property was sold.

ORLAND PARK, IL — A popular Orland Park restaurant announced Thursday they are closing for good, effective immediately.
Staff at the Square Celt Ale House and Grill posted the announcement on social media, stating the property at 39 Orland Square Drive was sold after seven years in the area.
A spokesperson for the bar and grill did not give a reason for the sale, but said employees were offered positions at other Vaughan Hospitality restaurants.

According to a Coldwell Banker listing, the building was listed for sale in April of 2019. The listing shows the price was reduced from $2.5 million to $1.7 million in November of 2021.
Those with future reservations and booked events such as concerts were notified Thursday of the closing as well.
