Holiday lights were put on trees in Uptown Park Ridge on Saturday, November 9.
Indian Scouts and Princesses and their parents, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and Pistols Girls Softball got together to put up the lights in Uptown Park Ridge. Holiday lights were handed out in reuseable shopping bags donated by Whole Foods Market.
Restaurants provided food to feed the hungry volunteers: All on the Road Catering, Applauze Catering, D'Agostino's Pizza & Pub, Houlihan's, Jersey Mike's Subs, Lisa's Italian Ice & Popcorn, and Noodles & Co.
