Chicago Magazine reports sale prices from 2012 were slightly lower than in 2011.
Home sale prices in Park Ridge are slightly down, according to a recent Chicago Magazine article.
The article profiled what homes cost in several suburbs and Chicago neighborhoods. The magazine’s data showed the median sale price for a home in Park Ridge in 2012 was $335,000, down 6.9 percent from 2011 and 38 percent since 2006. The magazine's data showed 409 Park Ridge homes sold in 2011 with an average of 154 days on the market.
