How did you get into the insurance industry?
Following my passion of helping people, and the desire to finish out my working years with a career that isn't so physically demanding.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
The people I meet! Relationships built, sharing knowledge and stories, and being that person they can count on. Weather you're looking for a better rate or navigating the darkest of days, knowing I'm in their corner to find that rate or guide you to brighter days. I'm grateful to have the opportunity to fulfill my clients needs and enjoy the challenge of doing so.
What’s something you wish everyone knew about insurance?
This is an industry effected by constant change. What is good for you today may not be tomorrow. Having a knowledgeable agent to guide you through consistent change will keep you ahead of the curve.
What's something you wish everyone knew about working with a local agent?
Local agents are members of your community, his kids play with yours, he golfs with your neighbor and knows you by name. This togetherness gives us a better understanding of who you are and how best to meet your needs.
What factors should someone consider when exploring their insurance options?
The right coverage can make all the difference! Any insurer can write you a policy, but that doesn't mean it's right for you, or that you're completely covered. Having an agent that understands your needs and the ability to place you with a carrier who best meets those will minimize the impact of the unexpected.
What would you tell someone who’s on the fence about getting a personalized insurance policy quote?
What's stopping you? You're never obligated to purchase a quoted policy. Worst case scenario, you find you're currently with the best option available, flip that coin and you may uncover some additional savings that wasn't previously available, or find a carrier that better meets your requirements and expectations. An annual (quote) or review of coverage will eliminate cov. gaps, ensure a competitive rate and provide necessary information for you to make an informed decision based on what's best for you and your specific coverage needs.
What do you like most about the Morton area?
Morton, Illinois has a wonderful sense of community! Sitting next to your insurance agent at a football game or your dentist at dinner are common occurrences. This closeness allows for new relationships to begin and strengthens existing one's, which in turn leads to a stronger community overall.
What’s your favorite restaurant in the Morton area?
Kemp 208 on Main, towards the higher side of cost but the service, food, and ambiance account for each dollar spent and then some!
What’s one hidden gem in the Morton area that everyone should know about?
Pumpkin Festival. Morton's annual fall festival to celebrate our favorite gourd. Entertainment, food, carnival rides and our ever famous Pumpkin Chuckin contest where participants build devices to hurl a pumpkin the farthest to earn this years bragging rights!
