No Trash Or Recycling Collection On Christmas Or New Year’s Day In Peoria

Press release from the City of Peoria:

PEORIA – December 22, 2020 – The holidays will impact trash and recycling collection this week and next. The City’s trash hauler, Peoria Disposal Company (PDC) will not pick up trash or recycling on Christmas Day, Friday, December 25 or New Year’s Day, Friday, January 1. This will not affect routes earlier in the week, however, if your collection day is on Friday, set carts out for Saturday pickup.

Do it Right
Carts, bags, and all bulky waste materials may be set out the day before pickup as early as 3 p.m., but must be out by 6 a.m. on pickup day to avoid missing a collection. All trash should be bagged, even materials inside your trash cart.
