1. Police responded to a shooting threat Friday at Norwood Elementary School. The building was placed on lockdown along with the primary school until officials gave the all-clear when no threat was found. (25 News Now)

2. Two people were injured in a three-vehicle crash Thursday in Peoria. The crash was reported around 2:45 p.m. at West War Memorial Drive’s intersection with North Allen and Charter Oak roads. (25 News Now)
3. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis appeared Friday at the Peoria-Tazewell County Republican Party’s Lincoln Day Dinner. Gov. J.B. Pritzker said ahead of his appearance, “In Illinois, we reject the cruelty he espouses and stand firmly against his hateful agenda." (Paid source: Journal Star)
