30-Year-Old Killed In Pedestrian Crash On I-55: Authorities

BOLINGBROOK, IL — A 30-year-old Aurora man was killed in a vehicle-pedestrian crash on Interstate 55 in Plainfield, authorities said.

Bosimbek Khazratkulov was pronounced dead at 10:15 p.m. Saturday at UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Bolingbrook, according to a news release from the Will County Coroner’s Office.

The crash occurred on the northbound interstate at mile marker 259, south of Airport Road, authorities said. State police are investigating.
