Back To School: Plainfield 2024-25 School Calendar

PLAINFIELD, IL — School supplies are already out at local stores, and while it may not seem like it, the start of the school year will be here again quicker than expected in Plainfield.

There are still a few weeks left of summer fun, but the first day of school is Aug. 15 for most students.

Here's a look at some dates to know for the 2024-25 school year at Plainfield Community Consolidated School District 204:

• First day: Aug. 15
• Thanksgiving break: Nov. 25-29
• Winter break: Dec. 23 to Jan. 7
• Spring break: March 31 to April 8
• Last day: May 29
