Christmas Tree Collection for Plainfield

The village is asking residents to cut trees into smaller pieces

The Village of Plainfield is asking residents to bundle their old Christmas trees and place them on the curb, according to an announcement on the village website. Trees should be cut so each piece is four feet long or shorter. The village is asking that each piece weigh less than 50 pounds. Refuse collection will be delayed by one day the week following Christmas and the week following New Year's Day.
