Plainfield student makes Georgia Southern University Spring 2024 dean’s list
Georgia Southern University recently recognized approximately 3,460 students on the Spring 2024 Dean's List. Antonae Johnson of Plainfield (60544) has been named to the list for excellence in academics. To be eligible for the Dean's List, a student must have at least a 3.5 grade point average and carry a minimum of 12 hours for the semester.

Illinois Wesleyan announces spring 2024 dean's list
Illinois Wesleyan University's Dean's List for the spring semester of the 2023-24 academic year consisted of 760 students from 29 states and 29 countries.
To qualify for the Dean's List, students must earn a GPA of 3.50 or better during the semester, based on 4.0 for straight As.

Plainfield student inducted into academic honor society
Forty-six students at Augustana College, in Rock Island, Ill., recently were inducted into the college's Phi Beta Kappa chapter.
This national academic honor society recognizes scholarly achievement, character, integrity, and independence of mind. Members are elected by faculty. Election is less a reward for past success than a recognition of exceptional promise for future growth and achievement.
Students honored at the induction ceremony include Brook Fieldman, a Communication Sciences and Disorders major, of Plainfield.

Plainfield student named to Abilene Christian University's dean's honor roll
Ella Root of Plainfield was named to the Abilene Christian University Spring 2024 Dean's Honor Roll. Root is a senior majoring in Theatre.
Root was among more than 1,500 students named to the Spring 2024 Dean's Honor Roll.
To qualify for the Dean's Honor Roll, students must be registered for 12 or more credit hours and earn a GPA of 3.6 or higher.
