Plainfield Native, Country Artist Performing At Plainfield Fest

PLAINFIELD, IL — Country music singer and Plainfield native Eric Chesser announced Monday he and his band will be performing during Plainfield Fest, taking place in the village's historic downtown district July 19 to 21. Chesser will play Friday, July 19, according to a post on his Facebook page.

The event, sponsored the Plainfield Riverfront Foundation, typically features carnival rides, food and craft vendors and draws as many as 15,000 people to downtown Plainfield. Proceeds will go toward revitalizing the DuPage riverfront.
