Please note that a park district is a different taxing body than a school district, and therefore is not subject to the same rules and regulations. The Park District at all times adheres to all state laws and executive orders. Therefore, masking mandates remain in effect for Park District programs and facilities until Illinois’ mask mandate is lifted on February 28 (as recently announced), or unless local or jurisdictional policy requires as such.
If any changes are made to our guidelines and protocols, the news will be posted on our website and social media.
