Several Burglaries Committed In Plainfield: Police Ask For Leads
According a release from the Plainfield police, a number of Plainfield cars were targeted by burglars between 1-5 a.m. on Aug. 18.
PLAINFIELD, IL — The Plainfield Police Department released an announcement stating that Plainfield suffered a string of car burglaries and trespasses between 1-5 a.m. on Aug. 18. The burglaries were concentrated in the Crossings at Wolf Creek and Champion Creek subdivisions (west of S. Route 59 and north of W. 119th St.).
Police are asking residents of those neighborhoods specifically for assistance. If your home is equipped with a video doorbell or other surveillance equipment, the police ask you to please review the footage for any suspicious activity.
