RAGE COMEDY FUN RAISER! On January 31, volunteer-run Indivisible Elk Grove Township will host a “FUN-raiser” Comedy, Music, and Dinner show at Dino’s Pizza and Italian Restaurant, 7004 W. Higgins Ave. in Chicago, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. The evening features headliner Hal Sparks, the nationally performing fan favorite celebrity who hails from the Chicago area and who is widely known and loved as a stand-up comedian, television and radio host, and star of movies and TV shows. Our host for the evening is Patti Vasquez, an internationally performing comedienne; as well as on-air host and executive producer of the wildly popular “Driving It Home with Patti Vasquez” on WCPT 820. Also appearing are highly acclaimed and very funny comedians Joe Kilgallon, Soli Santos, and Dwayne Kennedy; with live music throughout the evening provided by the fabulous local band “Abbey Ray and the Sunstones”. Unlimited pizza, pasta, salad, and soft drinks will be provided, and a cash bar will be available all evening.
Indivisible Elk Grove Township is a growing, all-volunteer community group dedicated to the preservation of democracy, freedom, and human rights. We are committed to upholding principles of non-violence as we fight for a better future for our country and for the generations to come. We proudly brought you “No Kings” in June and October; “Good Trouble Lives On” in July; “Fight for our Communities” in August; “Building a Community Safety Net” in November and a “Changes to Snap” workshop in December.
