At Personal Best Firearms Training Inc. our goals are simple: > Never cancel a class because too few students have registered > Provide a full refund if you cancel a reservation (minus our external scheduler’s fee) > Ensure learning is provided in a relaxed, informal, low-pressure environment > Incorporate firearms safety practices into every gun handling exercise > Develop skills at a pace appropriate to each student’s knowledge, experience, and abilities > Create an environment where students have fun and enjoy their shooting experience Our Instructors are firearms experts with backgrounds as trainers in the US Military and professional certification from the NRA, CMP, and Illinois State Police. All courses use modern equipment and accessories to provide students with maximum exposure to a wide range of guns, ammo, and accessories. We stress presentation of high quality instruction to ensure maximum safety and marksmanship competence. All classes thoroughly cover important concepts, plus incorporate relevant related information to optimize each student’s firearms skills. > We strive to offer smaller, more personalized classes to optimize your learning experience. > Training is conducted in an open, low-stress, low-demand environment where you are encouraged to develop firearms skills at your own pace. > Firearm safety is paramount. Safe handling practices are incorporated into every activity that involves firearms handling. > Once a course is completed, students can re-take the same training at any time for no additional charge, as long as seats are available. > We do NOT charge for gun rental if students needs to borrow a firearm for shooting qualification. > Range fees, firearm rental, targets, and other expenses (except ammunition) are always included in our course price. We’re confident you’ll enjoy your firearm training experience. However, if you’re not comfortable with any class or feel it’s not appropriate for your current skill level, just let us know. If the Instructor is notified within the first 2-hrs. of class, we’ll refund your entire tuition (minus a service fee charged by our external scheduling provider), or transfer your registration into another class of your choosing.
