(Broadview, IL) – The Village of Broadview has rolled out new online platform to provide recorded video responses to residents’ questions, concerns, and requests.

Broadview has adopted a video Q&A communications system, developed by Rep’d, Inc., to provide a designated digital space for conversations between village officials, including the mayor, and constituents, aiming to create government transparency and improve access for residents.

With Broadview’s new Rep’d video Q&A system, residents can submit questions to Village officials and receive short, personalized video answers. All residents are immediately notified when their question has been answered via an email sent to their inbox.

“We’re always looking for ways to connect personally with the Broadview community to keep residents informed about community and village government news,” said Mayor Katrina Thompson. “The Rep’d video Q&A platform gives every Broadview resident a microphone and an easy way to engage Village officials.”
