Broken Water Main Causes Roadblock On Wesley Avenue: Public Works
Officials from the City of Berwyn said repairs on the area surrounding the 1400 block of Wesley Avenue began Wednesday morning.
BERWYN, IL — A broken water main on the corner of Wesley Avenue and 14th Street has caused a a roadblock since crews began repairs at around 10:45 a.m. Wednesday.
City officials said in a social media post workers will be in the area surrounding the 1400 block of Wesley Avenue until an unspecified time.
City officials had not responded to Patch's request for comment as of Wednesday afternoon on how long the construction will continue or if a detour is provided.
