Man, 41, Accused Of Fondling 10-Year-Old Girl
Mario Rivera faces felony sex abuse and assault charges in the incident, which happened Wednesday on the Northwest Side.

CHICAGO, IL — A 41-year-old man was arrested after he was accused of inappropriately touching a girl, 10, in a Northwest Side store, according to Chicago police. Mario Rivera, of the 1700 block of North Keating Avenue, was charged with two felonies: aggravated criminal sex abuse of a victim younger than 13 and predatory criminal sex assault of a victim younger than 13.
According to police, the incident happened at around 3:25 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 16, at a retailer in the 4600 block of West Diversey Avenue in the Kelvyn Park neighborhood. Rivera allegedly approached the victim and fondled her, police said.
