Morning Storms Delay Planes Arriving At O'Hare: Tracker
Officials said Monday flights could be delayed up to 45 minutes at their departure airport in order to manage traffic capacity at O'Hare.

CHICAGO — Flights arriving at O'Hare International Airport Monday morning are likely to be delayed up to 45 minutes, according to airline officials.
Thunderstorms in the Chicago area are causing the airport to put a "traffic management program" in place, which delays airplanes from their place of departure in order to manage capacity at the arrival airport.
A spokesperson from O'Hare said the delays are expected to be 30 to 45 minutes. According to the airline's flight tracker, flights from Champaign, IL; Sioux City, IA; Madison, WI; and Dayton, OH, are all delayed.
