New Trier Requires Daily Health Screening Form For Anyone Accessing Campus

Anyone who wishes to access New Trier's campuses must fill out a screening form in advance attesting to a temperature check and answering questions about travel and potential symptoms of COVID-19: Daily Health Screening Form Questionnaire . You must fill out this form each day you plan to come to either campus. Parents/guardians must fill out the form for students participating in extracurricular activities. Students participating in Athletics need to continue to fill out the separate Athletics form .

Staff, students, and visitors must check in with security at the following entrance on each campus:

Northfield Campus: B Building Vestibule located on the east side of campus Winnetka Campus: N16 North (glass) Entrance located on Trevian Way

This form must be submitted on the same day you plan to visit campus. Once it is complete, you will receive a submission receipt via email. This email receipt must be shown to the security staff member at the entrance upon arrival. Your temperature will be taken and must be 100.3 degrees F or less for you to enter the campus.

Any person answering YES to any of the questions below or having a temperature of 100.4 degrees F or higher will not be permitted access to New Trier High School.
