Former Winnetka Teacher Accused of Sexually Abusing Minors Fighting Extradition

William Bricker was arrested in Michigan for allegations of abuse that happened in Wyoming decades ago.

The former Winnetka teacher and Boy Scout leader facing charges of sexually abusing two minors decades ago is fighting his extradition to face the charges, according to an article in the Winnetka Talk.

Bricker, 94, was arrested in Traverse City, MI, where he lives and is charged with the crimes in Wyoming, where is alleged to have molested the boys at a summer camp, one in 1962 and one in 1985.

He worked as a physical education teacher at Hubbard Woods from 1949 to 1985, the article says.
