Larry Booth Minimalist Home on Market for First Time

Minimalist architecture fans, take note. You’ve got your first shot at a Larry Booth-designed Winnetka home, which is on the market for the first time since it was commissioned by the current owners in 1979, according to an article in Chicago Magazine.

The article says the 4,900-square-foot home’s highlights include a floating spiral staircase, a wall of double-height windows and the open and bright (thanks to those windows) floor plan.

The home has six bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, plus two half baths, according to its listing on Zillow. It sits on half an acre.
