Festival officials encouraged attendees to bring gently used wall art to donate to the Chicago Furniture Bank, a nonprofit providing furnishings and decor to individuals and families transitioning out of shelters and into permanent housing.
Additionally, several artists at the show will also be participating in Amdur Productions' Purple Ribbon Project. Proceeds from the sales of art pieces with purple ribbons on them will benefit the WINGS Program, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to providing housing, integrated services, education and advocacy to end domestic violence.
