Village Of Winnetka: Village Phone System Upgrade February 21

Due to an upgrade to the telephone system at Village Hall and other Village buildings, on Monday, February 21, phone lines of Village staff will be intermittently available.

In the event of an electrical outage or water service interruption, please call the Water & Electric emergency line at 847-501-2531. If you have trouble reaching the Water & Electric Department due to a phone system outage, please try calling one of the following numbers:

• The Water & Electric Department: 847-716-3558
• Village Hall: 847-501-6000
• The Police Department’s non-emergency number: 847-501-6034

Please always call 911 in an emergency. The 911 service is not impacted by this upgrade.
