Offerings include a contemporary art gallery, consulting, events and meeting venue, and more. See below.

FISHERS, IN — High Frequency Arts (HFA) announced Friday the upcoming opening of the city's first art gallery in the Downtown Nickel Plate District, according to a release. In late December, the space "designed to ignite creativity and its linkage to art" will include the gallery, an event and meeting venue, and consulting services. All are invited to a grand opening celebration and open house event on Friday, Jan. 11, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

“Art and culture is part of the fabric of our community and several years ago we set out to create a Fishers that embodied a smart, vibrant, and entrepreneurial city,” said Fishers Mayor Scott Fadness, in a release sent to Patch. “Today, we look forward to opening the city’s first art gallery, High Frequency Arts, that not only brings high quality, diverse art offerings but integrates entrepreneurship and fosters future generations of artists here in our downtown area.”

According to HFA, research shows that exposure and engagement in artistic expression unlocks creative energy.

"The connection between art and entrepreneurship, and art’s role in community and culture evolution is undeniable," HFA said in a release, adding that the team can help with everything from gallery floor sales, sourcing, procuring artwork, art management, leasing or rotating art subscriptions, host pop-up events, create programming for the public, hold events, and more.

“Nickel Plate Arts is very excited to welcome High Frequency Art to the Fishers community. This gallery will be a vital addition to the city’s recently designated Cultural District and fills an important gap for artists and art-patrons alike,” said Alithir McGill, Executive Director Nickel Plate Arts, in a release sent to Patch. “I am personally excited about their philosophy and dedication to helping artists grow and prosper as entrepreneurs.”

HFA's several partners will help bring together a variety of upcoming events and programs at the Fisher's gallery.

Jill Lehman, Owner of High Frequency Arts, said she began exploring her personal interest over the last few years by immersing herself in art, something she said led her to a "deeper cognitive understanding of the power, influence and higher frequency it can ignite within us."

“The objective of HFA is to be a conduit, bringing together artist with art lovers as well as the art novice in a space and with services that are engaging, inspiring and innovative. If we do this right we help invigorate interest in art, our clients find art that they love, ignite inner creativity, tune-up spaces and support art careers.”

HFA also announced an artist reception will take place at the venue during and after the open house on Jan. 11, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
