Round Room LLC Headquarters Opens in Fishers

FISHERS, Ind. (August 26, 2021) – Round Room LLC, the nation’s largest Verizon Authorized Retailer, announces today the opening of its new Fishers headquarters at 10300 Kincaid Drive following a ribbon cutting event on August 26. Previously located in Carmel, the company acquired the former Roche campus building at the corner of Interstate 69 and 106th Street in 2020 to accommodate its future growth plans.

The Round Room headquarters will occupy about 80,000 square feet of the property with plans to lease the remainder of the development to tenants. With this move, Round Room consolidates about 200 employees from its portfolio of companies, including TCC, Wireless Zone, TCC Gives, Round Room Gives, Redux and Culture of Good, under one roof. The two-story, 190,000-square-foot property includes a training and event center for up to 450 people, a nonprofit hub, a 40,000 square-foot common area, dining area and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

In celebration of their grand opening in Fishers, the Round Room family is donating $500,000 to the Humane Society for Hamilton County to provide financial support for its new facility in Fishers. The donation sponsors the new Canine Connection and Exercise Area, which provides additional space for the dogs to train and play outside. The private foundation of Round Room’s flagship subsidiary TCC Gives is also donating $50,000, collectively, to eight local nonprofits in Fishers including the Fishers YMCA, St. Joseph Institute of the Deaf, Sharonsweb Autism Foundation, Youth Mentoring Initiative, Shepherd's Center of Hamilton County, Racial Equity Community Network, Good Samaritan Network of Hamilton County, Inc. and Conner Prairie.
