Winter Wonderland Rescheduled In Fishers
New date for Fishers Winter Wonderland celebration.

FISHERS, IN — Fishers Parks & Recreation announced Friday afternoon that City's Winter Wonderland celebration and festivities set for Saturday, Dec. 1 have been rescheduled to Sunday, Dec. 2 due to inclement weather in the forecast. The event will run 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday outdoors at the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater, 6 Municipal Drive, Fishers Parks & Recreation said.
According to a release, the City's annual tree lighting will take place at 6 p.m., and a Sensory Friendly Area will be available for children and families with special needs.
Art in City Hall presented by Fishers Arts Council and Nickel Plate Arts will run from 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. during the event.

Fishers Parks and Recreation said reservations scheduled for Saturday's Pictures with Santa during Winter Wonderland are also moved to Sunday, but reservation times will remain the same. All reservations are currently full for Pictures with Santa.

However, activities at the Hamilton East Public Library that were originally scheduled during the event will remain on Saturday, according to a release.
