Aerobics Class Offered at Furman
New water aerobics classes at Furman Aquatic Center announced.
The City of Ames Parks & Recreation Department has announced a new Water Aerobic Classes at Furman Aquatic Center.
The class begins Monday July 8 at Furman Aquatic Center. Deep Water Aerobics meet 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays and from 7 to 8 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Water Power, the shallow water classes; meet 11 a.m. to noon Mondays through Thursdays and 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30 pm.
