The district is currently exploring constructing a new high school pool facility. The district requested design proposals for a 50-meter competition swimming pool facility that could accommodate USA swimming long course meets.

Currently the city and school share the municipal facility on High School grounds and that sharing agreement is set to expire in April 2015.
