Ames Parks & Recreation Offers Linedancing Class

Line dancing classes began Monday at Ames Parks & Recreation.

Ames Parks and Recreation has begun offering a beginning linedancing class.

Students will learn 8-10 dances during the 6-week class beginning with the Electric Slide.

Bob and Carol Hill, experienced teachers/dancers and members of Travelin’ Boots Dance Club, will teach the class from 7 to 8:30 p.m. May 6 through June 17 on Mondays at the Kate Mitchell School gymnasium.

Classes will cost is $40 for residents and $55 for non-residents. Call 239-5350 for more information.
