June 11

Chad M. Bennett, 38, Beedle Drive, was charged with obstruction of emergency communication and simple domestic assault at 7:01 p.m. Bennett struck his wife in the face and threw her phone to the pavement when she said she would call police, according to complaints.

Andrew Brown, 19, Duff Avenue, was charged with possession of a controlled substance at 2 p.m.

Robert A. Joshua, 18, Des Moines, was charged with intimidation with a dangerous weapon at 11:20 a.m.

Eunice X. Marzah, 24, Stonehaven Drive, was charged with serious assault at 6:53 p.m. Marzah assaulted her roommate in a fight over turning on the air conditioner, according to complaints.

Bradley J. McCurdy, 19, 11th Street, was charged with disorderly conduct at 6 p.m.

June 12

David M. Hunsicker, 33, Squaw Creek Drive, was charged with public intoxication at 1 a.m.

Janel M. Kennedy, 40, Collins, was charged with interference with official acts at 6:09 p.m.

Alexa D. Probst, 20, Stanton Avenue, was charged with public intoxication, unlawful use of a license, and minors prohibited on certain premises, at 10:32 p.m.

June 13

Terrance D. Marbury, 28, Robbinsdale, MN., was charged with public intoxication at 6:35 a.m.

Joshua K. Weatherspoon, 24, Woodland Street, was charged with credit card fraud, forgery and first-degree robbery at 10:15 p.m.

Kevin A. Winefeldt, 26, Lincoln Way, was charged with failure to comply with the sex offender registry at 12:55 a.m.

June 14

Michael T. Balaski, 21, Coconino Road, was charged with carrying a concealed weapon at 1:46 a.m. Balaski did not have a permit.
