Nov. 26

Richard Gillette, 20, North Dakota Ave., was charged with willful failure to appear at 5 a.m.

Gabriel Stearns, 22, Billy Sunday Road, was charged with providing alcohol to persons under 21 and having a nuisance party at 7:30 p.m.

Milford Tarter, 40, Nevada, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense at 6:40 p.m.
