Levitica Crawford, 23, homeless, was charged with possession of a controlled substance at 7:15 p.m.

Beth Bonnichsen, 24, Lincoln Way, was charged with public intoxication, first offense; at 1:35 a.m.

Collin Crowley, 20, Wood Street, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 1 a.m.

Daniel Fisher, 20, E. 14th Street, was charged with false imprisonment, domestic abuse and domestic assault, at 1:30 a.m.

James Graham, 24, E. 7th Street, was charged with first-degree harassment at 2:32 a.m.

Nathan Horn, 38, 13th Street, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; and failure to obey a stop or yield sign, at 4:41 p.m.

David Jennerjohn, 23, Hunt Street, was charged with public intoxication, first offense; at 3:06 a.m.

Nov. 1

Joshua Beach, 27, Nevada, was charged with public intoxication, third offense; at 5 p.m.

Kelly Cavanaugh, 30, Grand Avenue, was charged with failure to obey stop or yield signs and operating while intoxication, first offense; at 2:09 a.m.

Azra Feriz, 21, Duff Avenue, was charged with public intoxication, first offense; at 1:58 a.m.

Madeline Minnick, 22, Campus Avenue, was charged with public intoxication, first offense; at 12:15 a.m.

Matthew Otto, 28, Huxley, was charged with failure to maintain control at 10:18 p.m.

Deon Owens, 23, Chaffee Road, was charged with simple assault at 1:05 a.m.

Roger Peterson, 62, homeless, was charged with fifth-degree theft at 11:54 p.m.

Kristopher Smith, 23, Radcliffe, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and fifth-degree theft at 8 p.m.

Benito Viloria, 31, homeless, was charged with interference with official acts and public intoxication, first offense at 4 p.m.

Nov. 3

Katie Ayers, 27, Casey, was charged with public intoxication, first offense; at 11:40 a.m.

Patrick Gillespie, 22, Council Bluffs, was charged with public intoxication at 5:10 a.m.

Vincent Kaliwata, 23, Dubuque, was charged with public intoxication, first offense; at 5:57 p.m.

Craig Maggard, 25, N. 500th Ave., was charged with failure to provide security and operating while license revoked at 10:11 p.m.

Nov. 4

Shoma Chandra, 21, Greenwood Road, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 2:41 a.m.

Michael Pierce, 50, Story City, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 2 a.m.

Nov. 5

Robert Baker, 54, Kellogg Street, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia possession of a controlled substance and trespass at 5:35 p.m.

Jack Mentzer, 19, Waukee, was charged with fourth-degree theft at 11:30 a.m.

Zachary Saxton, 19, Orange Drive, was charged with contempt of court at 11:55 p.m.

Nov. 6

Ryan Bushore, 24, Center Ave., was charged with third-degree burglary at 3:15 a.m.

Terrance Jenkins, 29, Duff Ave., was charged with third-degree theft at 3:32 p.m.
