
Two Ames residents were charged with delivery of marijuana and conspiracy with intent to deliver marijuana Monday.
Both Vyagales Shaw, 22, of Billy Sunday Road, and Michele Harris, 20, Coconino Road, face felony charges after an ongoing investigation, according to complaints.
Harris was charged with delivery of marijuana for the sale 15 grams of marijuana to another on May 6 and conspiracy to deliver marijuana for the sale of 3.5 grams of marijuana on May 10, according to criminal complaints.

Shaw was charged with delivery of marijuana for the sale of 3.5 grams of marijuana on May 10 and conspiracy to deliver marijuana for the sale of 15 grams of marijuana to another on May 6, according to complaints.
Both the delivery and the conspiracy charges are Class D felonies punishable by up to five years in prison each.

Jesse Doak, 28, Tripp Street, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; and failure to have a valid license, at 3411 Tripp Street at 11:42 p.m.
Daniel Hemesath, 22, Florida Avenue, was charged with public intoxication at 3:15 a.m. at 432 Hayward Ave.
Kimberly Wooster, 33, Ames, was charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication at 9:31 p.m. 620 S. 4th Street.
May 13
Kevin Earley, 37, Creston, was charged with fifth-degree shoplifting at 1:40 p.m. at 512 Wyoming Ave.
Daphne Clark, 19, Regency Court, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 1:45 p.m. at 3000 Regency Court.
Bryan Graham, 20, Douglas Avenue, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at 11:40 p.m. at 3000 Regency Court.
Michele Harris, 20, Coconino Road, was charged with drug possession/delivery of marijuana at 8 a.m. at 1405 Coconino Road.
Ryan Ratliff, 21, Gilbert, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at 11:40 p.m. at 3000 Regency Court.
Vyagales Shaw, 22, Billy Sunday Road, was charged with drug possession/delivery of marijuana at 8 a.m. at 1405 Coconino Road.
Brenda Still, 40, Kellogg Avenue, was charged with giving false information and fifth-degree shoplifting at 1:40 p.m. at 324 Kellogg Avenue.
Jamal Turner, 19, E 7th Street, was charged with simple assault and domestic assault with injury, simple assault at 2:39 a.m.
