May 28

Breanne Opitz, 26, West Des Moines, was charged with failure to yield upon entering highway and operating while intoxicated, second offense; at 8:10 p.m.

May 29


Huynh N. Do, 29, Minnesota, was charged with drug possession/delivery and a drug tax stamp violation at 4:47 p.m.

James Fagerlind, 21, Duff Avenue, was charged with public intoxication at 4:30 a.m.

Jeffrey Johnson, 29, Woolstock, was charged with fifth-degree theft-shoplifting, at 6:45 p.m.

Matthew J Vanklompenburg, 29, Coconino Road, was charged with public intoxication at 11:05 a.m.

Michael Yokiel, 32, Barr Drive, was charged with contempt-violation of a no contact order at 2:30 p.m.

Hayden Stuppnig, 21, Minnesota, was charged with public intoxication at 12:09 a.m.

Adam Watts, 21, Kellogg Ave., was charged with possession of a controlled substance and failure to prove security against liability at 6:44 p.m.

Eddie Williams, 27, Tripp Street, was charged with driving while barred at 12:35 a.m.

Chad Chelsvig, 29, of Story City, was charged with eluding, contempt, excessive speed and failure to obey traffic control device at 4 a.m.
