Jeremy Gervais, 22, Deerfield, FLA; was charged with public intoxication, second offense; at 11:40 p.m. at 119 Main Street.

Joseph Gervais, 25, Fort Pierce, FLA; was charged with public intoxication at 11:40 p.m. at 119 Main Street.

Randy Silverthorn, 52, Sherman Avenue, was charged with fifth-degree theft, shoplifting; and failure to appear at 8:55 a.m. at 620 Lincoln Way.

May 1

James Lee Choate, 37, homeless, was charged with second-degree theft, motor vehicle; interference with official acts, reckless driving, driving while barred and eluding at the Story County Jail.

May 2

Ruac Chotkuac, 21, Hoover Avenue, was charged with third-degree shoplifting, a probation violation and fourth-degree theft, shoplifting; at 11:30 a.m. at 509 Main Street.
