Brion Coleman, 21, Stanton, was charged with public intoxication, first offense at 1:24 a.m.

Tavin Daudinot, 21, North Riverside Drive, was charged with no driver's license at 1:43 p.m.

Ryan Ellenberg, 20, Fort Dodge, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and possession of alcohol under age at 12:05 a.m.

Michael Owings, 60, Burnett, was charged with interference with official acts at 2:10 a.m.

Derek Schipull, 23, Aspen Road, was charged with driving while barred, operating while intoxicated, second offense; and open container at 2 a.m.

Cristina Smith, 39, New York, was charged with public intoxication, first offense at 2:24 a.m.

Terry Stromley, 49, Carrol Avenue, was charged with public intoxication, third offense at 3:03 p.m.

Dec. 2

Jacob Banks, 19, Martin Hall, was charged with public intoxication, first offense at 1:04 a.m.

Edward Hernandez, 20, West Street, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense at 1:47 a.m.
