Dec. 19

Jeremy Flanegan, 23, Tripp Street, was charged with public intoxication; second offense, at 5:22 a.m.

Matthew Phipps, 41, Boone, was charged with operating under the influence, first offense; at 2:52 p.m.

Darnell Crawford, 19, Stanton Avenue, was charged with manufacture of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance at 7:40 p.m.

Devon Fishback, 21, Raphael Avenue, was charged with operating while intoxicated; first offense at 11:10 p.m.

Andrew Meyer, 25, Welch Avenue, was charged with public intoxication at 11 p.m.

Dec. 20

Solomon Small, 19, North Dakota, was charged with a probation violation at 6:30 p.m.
