Stephanie Baker, 36, North Franklin, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; and child endangerment at 10:57 p.m.

Lonnie Jordan, 62, Des Moines, was charged with contempt of court at 3 a.m.

Andre Taylor, 21, Freel Street, was charged with criminal trespass at 7:33 p.m.

Braydon Tysklind, 18, Richardson Court, was charged with public intoxication at 4:28 a.m.

Nov. 18

Steven Cartee, 51, Anamosa, was charged with public intoxication, third offense at 12:50 a.m.

William Farrand, 48, S. 5th Street, was charged with first-degree harassment and possession of drug paraphernalia at 11:27 a.m.

Elysia Miller, 21, Des Moines, was charged with interference with official acts at 3:13 a.m.

Cameron Perry, 24, North Dakota Ave., was charged with operating while intoxicated, second offense; careless driving and failure to provide security at 11:12 p.m.

Aaron Thomas, 24, Des Moines, was charged with interference with official acts at 3:13 a.m.
