Heather Bosley, 29, 24th Street, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and fifth-degree theft at 8:30 p.m.

Timothy Roche, 18, Wilson Lamson, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; and possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, at 1:09 a.m.

Sharron Parker, 21, E. 7th Street, was charged with criminal trespass at 4:43 p.m.

Scott Wyborny, 28, Plymouth, was charged with public intoxication at 11:46 p.m.

Nov. 28

Nathan Hall, 19, Des Moines, was charged with public consumption at 10:40 p.m.

Justin Yerk, 32, was charged with a violation of a protective order at 6:45 p.m.

Nov. 29

Michael Howland, 37, Main Street, was charged with a parole violation at 7:15 p.m.

Nov. 30

Estephan Rodriguez, 21, Smiley Ave., was charged with public intoxication at 12:45 a.m.
