Kenneth L. Waggoner, 51, Dexter, Mo., was charged with public intoxication at 5:30 p.m.

David S. Castellaw, 37, Rock Island, Ill., was charged with public intoxication at 5:10 a.m.

Kayleen S. Leedahl, 28, Royal, was charged with forgery and possession of a controlled substance at 11:36 a.m.

Steven C. Robinson, 62, Boone, was charged with fifth-degree theft at 9:45 p.m.

Joseph L. Tryon, 28, Southdale Drive, was charged with operating while intoxicated, second offense; and excessive speed at 2:30 a.m.

Mary A. Wild, 38, Apple Place, was charged with domestic assault with injury at 2:06 a.m.
