Brian C. Shannon, 29, Crestmoor Ave., was charged with third-degree theft and credit card fraud at 4:18 a.m.

June 16

Abby L. Amenson, 30, Story City, was charged with operating while intoxicated, second offense; at 8:47 p.m.

Joseph D. Dolph, 30, Story City, was charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct, public intoxication, second offense; and contempt of court at 8:14 p.m.

Nicole A. Christofferson, 19, Burr Oak, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, operating while intoxicated, first offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia at 4:27 a.m.

Joseph D. Evans, 26, Tripp Street, was charged with fifth-degree criminal mischief and public intoxication at 2:30 a.m.

Daniel L. Landis, 24, Sheldon Ave., was charged with nuisance party regulations and public intoxication at 4:02 a.m.

Jamal L. Turner, 20, Coconino Road, was charged with disorderly conduct, interference with official acts and a probation violation at 12:58 a.m.
