Thomas Zmolek, 47, Des Moines was charged with contempt of court for failing to pay five residential property maintenance fines at 4:30 a.m.

Jan. 9

Caroline Enriquez, 21, Wood Street, was charged with driving while revoked, failure to prove security against liability, and operation without registration at 2:57 a.m.
