David Buckley, 51, Cedar Rapids, was charged with public intoxication at 1:15 p.m.

Patrick McFarland, 33, 111 North Sherman, was charged with fifth-degree theft, shoplifting; at 1:44 a.m.

David Masingale, 45, Nevada, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 3:51 a.m.

Felix Torres, 22, Campus Ave., was charged with supplying alcohol to a person under 21, at 7:36 p.m.

April 6

Terrance Collum, 28, Huxley, was charged with interference with official acts at 12:25 a.m.

Michael Hand, 49, Mississippi, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication at 11:20 p.m.

Zachary Meyer, 20, Gilbert, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 2:22 a.m.

April 7

Ethan Brehm, 19, Kildee Street, was charged with interference with official acts, public intoxication and unlawful use of a license at 1:14 a.m.

Benjamin Ferris, 18, Student Affairs L Road, was charged with public intoxication and consumption of alcohol by a minor at 1:27 a.m.

Brendin Hinman, 29, Des Moines, was charged with driving while barred at 4:30 p.m.

Brandon Kious, 29, California Avenue, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; and failing to stop within clear assured distance at 6:52 p.m.
